- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This dormant company is hounding small local businesses for payment for advertising booked in 2012 for 2013 publications that didnt materialize. Elletson were not able to be contacted and flew under the radar until they ran adverts in a 2014 publication, using old copy and without permission, causing harm and confusion. They are now threatening clients with legal action if they refuse to pay. Does this not indicate that this company is engaging in commerce and thus NOT dormant ?By Admin, March 12, 2018
